L’Aurore
A Tree peony by Lemoine in 1935. Flowers are an unusual shade of red-orange and on some flowers prominent yellow bands are present. This feature has become less marked as the the plant has aged. It is quite vigorous but tends to sprawl and the flowers, about 10-12cm in diameter, hang down and can be hidden. A most attractive hybrid. Plant Source: Riviere
